How am I billed when I add new drivers?

The way our billing provider works is this:

• New drivers you add will be automatically billed within 24 hours

• New drivers will be billed at a pro-rated rate, meaning you will only pay for the difference between today and when your next billing cycle is (the billing cycle is once per year starting on the date of first payment)

• The way the transaction is processed is that our payments provider (FastSpring) will first issue a full refund for your original payment and will then make a second charge for the new amount of all previous drivers + any newly added drivers at a pro-rated rate.

If the above is not suitable for your needs, you can contact us to make different payment arrangements such as ACH, Wire, Check etc.
