MileWiz is a free download and automatically tracks up to 20 trips each month at no cost. For unlimited automatic tracking, choose a monthly or yearly Unlimited Driving subscription. The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.

Yes. Add a trip you didn’t record, change its category, and add a business purpose, client tags and expenses such as parking or tolls. On the Free Driving Plan, adding trips by hand pauses once you reach the monthly limit.

Choose a date range, filter by category, client tag, vehicle or place, and export a PDF or CSV report. Review your records before you use them for a tax claim or reimbursement.

Yes. MileWiz includes standard mileage rates for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia, and you can set your own rates. Distances can be shown in miles or kilometers.

Yes. MileWiz runs on iPhone and iPad. Each device keeps its own log: MileWiz doesn’t sync trips between devices, so track on the device that travels with you in the car — for most people, their iPhone.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or manage subscriptions on the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.

No. MileWiz helps you keep an organized record of your driving. Whether a trip is deductible or reimbursable depends on your circumstances and the rules that apply to you. Ask a tax professional if you are unsure.
